Terms of Service

Please read carefully


  2. By accessing any of the services provided by Jars Group Inc., you agree to abide by the Terms of Service contained herein, abide by the Jars Group Inc. Privacy Policy, and formally enter a binding contract with Jars Group Inc (“us”, “we”). If you do not agree with any of these terms or are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use our services. Please read the following terms carefully.

  4. Updates to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy may be made by us at any time for any reason. All material changes may be communicated via e-mail, provided you are a registered user with our service.

  6. The agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.


  2. Our services permit the facilitation of transactions between streamers and their audience. Through our service, a viewer(s) may propose a contract (“offeror”) with a streamer (“offeree”) containing a “quest” to be completed along with CrowdQuest credits as a reward for completion of the “quest”. The offeree has the option to accept or reject the proposed contract.

  4. A “quest” is considered completed if the offeror acknowledges that the “quest” has been completed. If after a certain amount of time, as specified in the contract, the offeror does not confirm or deny that the “quest” was completed, the contract will automatically be considered completed.

    If the offeror of the contract confirms the “quest” was not completed, then a poll will be given for audience confirmation (URL provided to the offeror and offeree). We will require the audience to be registered for our service in order to vote. If >50% of the votes that were cast confirm the “quest” was completed, the "quest" will be marked as completed. We may choose to change the percentage of votes required for confirmation at any time.

  6. Profiles may contain data that is either generated by us, you, or a third party. The data should be used for informational purposes only and may contain pictures, videos, free text, or other content types.


  2. By utilizing our services, you grant us the ability to terminate your account without cause at any time. Once your account is terminated, you may no longer access any of our services, be it via someone else’s account or another account of your own that is, or was, created. If your account is terminated, you will not be permitted to receive refunds for any purchases made or CrowdQuest credits that existed within your account, or receive payment for any CrowdQuest credits received through “quests”. If you disagree with the termination, you are entitled to submit a rebuttal through our contact form, where we reserve the right to overturn a termination and reinstate the account.

  4. You are responsible for keeping all of your account information up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail, billing information, and any additional information you provide to us which may identify you.

  6. By authorizing us to verify your third party accounts, you acknowledge your personal identity, are the rightful owner of the corresponding account, and are not impersonating someone else. You acknowledge that you have the full authorization to allow the verification.

  8. By signing up as a manager, you acknowledge that you are authorized to act on behalf of the team or organization you are signing up for. Additionally, any reference to you in the agreement will apply to you and every member who is part of your team or organization.

  10. You may request at any time that your account be deactivated via our contact form.

  12. By using our service, you agree not to harass, abuse, or slander any other person participating in this service, or to otherwise violate any laws and/or other contracts you have in place. You also agree not to upload, post/display, or transmit inappropriate material, including sexual or copyrighted material. If you see anyone who is not abiding by these terms, please inform us through our contact form so we can take any appropriate action.


  2. We accept payment for our services by credit card or ACH debit, both via our third party payment processor. Payment processing services for credit purchases on CrowdQuest are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to purchase credits on CrowdQuest, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Jars Group Inc. enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide us accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize us to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

    Payment is required immediately upon purchasing CrowdQuest credits which are used to propose a “quest” to a streamer to fund the reward for a completed quest. By providing your billing information, you agree to pay the specified dollar amount to receive CrowdQuest credits which will be used to fund the reward. It is up to you if the CrowdQuest credits you purchase should be applied immediately or at a later date, in whole or part, or if the CrowdQuest credits should remain credited to your account or be used on one or multiple future contracts and for one or multiple streamers utilizing our services.

    CrowdQuest credits will be transferred from your account to a pending state once you propose a “quest”. If the “quest” is rejected by the streamer or if the “quest” is accepted but not completed by the streamer, the CrowdQuest credits will be returned to your available CrowdQuest credit account balance immediately after confirmation. If the “quest” is accepted and completed by the streamer, CrowdQuest credits will be transferred to the streamer immediately upon marked completion. The amount of credits to be received is the number of credits offered, minus a percentage credit fee from our service.

    If the offeror says the accepted “quest” was not completed, and the audience poll determines the "quest" was not completed, the CrowdQuest credits that were pending transfer will be released back to the offeror’s account. These CrowdQuest credits can then remain credited to your account or be used on one or multiple future contracts and for one or multiple streamers utilizing our services.

    For a streamer to sell back the credits received from completed contracts for USD, they can cash out via the Account Management page. A streamer must cash out at least $50 worth of credits at a time and may only cash out once per month. Our buyback ratio of credits to USD is 100 Credits for $0.90. When calculating the cash out dollar amount, we will round down to the nearest cent. The streamer cashing out will be responsible to pay the processing fee from Stripe.

  3. FEES
  4. Fees are applicable once a contract is marked complete. By using our services, you understand that we have the right to change our fees at any time. Any material changes to the fee structure will be communicated to your e-mail address that is registered with our services.

    1. CrowdQuest Credit Purchase – Offeror
    2. By purchasing CrowdQuest credits, you understand that the streamer who receives the CrowdQuest credit from a completed “quest” will cover 100% of the fees associated with the transfer.

    3. CrowdQuest Credit Receipt – Offeree
    4. By completing a “quest”, you understand that you are responsible for covering 100% of the fees associated with the transfer between you and the offeror. The fee is currently set at 17.5% for every completed contract.

  6. You understand that we may batch payment transfers, including multiple payments from one party over a period of time, or multiple payments from us to a streamer. You agree that we can hold a payment from being processed for the maximum amount of time permitted by the credit card companies and payment processor.

  8. Although a refund may be granted to the offeror for the CrowdQuest credits that were used for the reward in the disputed “quest”, we are not required to refund the dollar amount paid for the CrowdQuest credits. These CrowdQuest credits can then be used on no, one, or multiple future contracts and for no, one, or multiple streamers utilizing our services.

    If the offeror claims an accepted “quest” is not complete and the status of the “quest” is decided by audience, either the offeror or offeree may file a dispute for the “quest” outcome within 72 hours of the end of the audience vote. To overturn the outcome of a “quest”, we require sufficient video evidence to be provided for our review process. Our review process may confirm or overturn the decision and facilitate CrowdQuest credit/payment transfers as necessary.

    Disputes may take up to 30 days to adjudicate. There are no fees for submitting a dispute.

  10. By issuing a chargeback, or otherwise disputing a charge with your card issuer, you agree to pay the chargeback fee from the payment processor.


  2. You agree to defend and hold Jars Group, Inc. harmless, including all of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or other associated persons, from any liabilities that result from you utilizing our services.

  4. For any clause in the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy that is considered unlawful or otherwise not enforceable, that clause will be limited to the lowest extent as required and not impact the enforceability of any other clauses in the agreements.

  6. We have security features in place that are there to protect you. You agree not to bypass any of these security features for any reason.

    We will not be held liable if your stream account is compromised. If your stream account is compromised, you may opt to deactivate your account with us until the issue is resolved.

    Although we encrypt all personal data, as governed by our Privacy Policy, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your password is secure, which includes making sure that the password is unique from any passwords you use elsewhere. We are not responsible for information theft if your password is not secure.

  8. We are not responsible for any information available within our services that is inaccurate or incorrect. The data we display should be used for informational purposes only and may either be generated by us, or provided by you or through a third party provider. To report a possible data issue, please reach out to us via our contact form.

  10. Any of our logos, designs, or content is protected by trademark and copyright law.

    By providing information or uploading anything through our services, you grant the right for us to use that information or uploaded material in any way, modified or as is, including for advertising purposes.

  12. We are not responsible and do not endorse any comments about our service from any third party, including comments made on social media.

  14. The headings within our policies are provided for ease of reading and should not be used for interpretation of the policies.
